Hired to work with strong planning and merchandising teams and show them new ways to look at the business. During early tenure, Armani Corporate fully took over the business and project turned from 3 months into over 18 months.
Oversaw company going from Cost Accounting Planning to both Retail and Cost Accounting Planning (resulting in a decreased buy at retail of over 20% - which in term raised margins)
Implemented true bottoms up door planning for more saleable inventory being bought at the store (and size) level
Helped restructure process flow and people (including building out new org charts and job descriptions)
